Applicant Privacy Notice

Effective date:

Information about resumes and job applications submitted through Avleno’s website.

Scope

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for people applying to listed jobs through Avleno’s website. It covers the website intake process, not a future employer’s separate employment records or systems. A general talent-community or future-opportunity submission program is not currently offered.

Applicant information

The form collects first and last names, email, phone, country, city, state or province where applicable, availability to start, resume and applicant privacy acknowledgment. LinkedIn and GitHub or portfolio URLs and cover notes are optional. Relevant experience is required for experienced positions; work authorization responses are collected only when job-specific options are supplied for the location. The job identifier, job title snapshot, submission time, application reference and privacy notice version are recorded. Resume contents can include employment history, education, qualifications and other information you choose to provide. The form accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 10 MB.

Resume processing and evaluation

The website stores the resume in private storage and records a reference with your application. Submission information supports evaluating potential roles and contacting you using the details provided. Receipt does not guarantee consideration for a particular role, an interview or placement. No automated candidate-ranking, background-check or immigration-screening workflow is implemented in this website’s submission process.

Sensitive and eligibility information

Do not include bank information, payment-card details, passwords or government identification documents in your initial application. The website form does not request employment-eligibility documents. If eligibility information is lawfully needed at a later stage, its purpose, recipient and secure collection method should be explained separately before collection.

Potential employer disclosures

The website does not automatically distribute submitted resumes to employers. If information is to be considered for disclosure to a prospective employer, the opportunity, relevant information and applicable permissions or other legal requirements need to be addressed before that disclosure. A website acknowledgment is not blanket permission for unrelated distribution.

Access, retention and rights

Applications and resume files are not public website content. Approved staff with verified company accounts, assigned permissions and multi-factor authentication can review records. Authorized recruiting staff can request short-lived resume download links; permanent public resume links are not provided. Submission does not create an applicant account or online deletion control. Retention depends on purpose, applicable requirements and recordkeeping needs; no fixed deletion schedule is promised here. You can ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion through the Data Privacy Request page. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your jurisdiction and the processing context.

Communications and assistance

Use the contact details below for application questions, privacy requests or difficulty submitting a resume. Tell us which submission or job your question concerns without including unnecessary sensitive documents. For suspicious recruitment communications, see Recruitment Fraud Awareness.
