Make a request

Use the contact form below with the inquiry type Other, or email Avleno with the subject Data privacy request. Identify the right you wish to exercise: access, correction, deletion, a copy of information or another right that may apply. Include the email used in the original submission, the approximate submission date and your state or country of residence. An applicant can include the job title if relevant.

Keep the initial request limited

Do not include passwords, government identification numbers, payment details or identity-document attachments. You do not need to upload a resume to submit a privacy request. The contact form stores your request through the same access-restricted workflow used for other inquiries.

Verification and handling

Information must not be disclosed, corrected or deleted solely because someone supplies a name. The relationship between the request and the relevant record needs to be verified using a proportionate method, for example communication through the contact address associated with that record. If you act for another person, explain your authority without sending sensitive proof in your initial message.

The applicable law, request scope and any permitted exceptions must be assessed before action. A submitted form records a request; it does not automatically disclose records, remove applications or delete backups. This page does not promise a universal response deadline. Any deadline, verification requirement or appeal right depends on the law and circumstances that apply.

Other rights and follow-up

Depending on the law, other rights can include restrictions or objections to particular processing, withdrawal of consent, an opt-out or an appeal. Specify what you are asking for so the applicable requirements can be considered. Keep a copy of your request and use the same contact pathway for follow-up.
