Avleno provides technology consulting, engineering and staffing services. This policy explains the information collected through this website and its submission forms. It does not replace privacy notices or agreements provided for a separate employment or client relationship. Contact details and a privacy-request link appear below.

Information you provide

Contact forms collect your name, email, company if supplied, inquiry type, message and acknowledgment. Talent requests collect company and contact names, business email, optional phone, role requirements, number of positions, location preferences, engagement type, timeline, message and acknowledgment.

Job applications collect first and last names, email, phone, country, city, state or province where applicable, availability, resume and applicant privacy acknowledgment. Optional fields include LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio URLs and a cover note. Relevant experience is required for experienced positions; work authorization responses are collected only when appropriate options are provided for the job. The job identifier, title, submission time, privacy notice version and application reference are recorded. Avoid including government identification numbers, bank details, passwords, health records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Technical information

Requests to the website necessarily transmit network and request information to the services delivering it. Form protection uses a hashed network identifier, form type and submission time to limit repeated submissions. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. Browser session storage also supports navigation, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes of processing

Contact information and messages support responding to inquiries. Employer requirements support discussing requested talent or services. Application information supports evaluating potential opportunities and communicating with candidates. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abusive submissions. A submission is not an offer of employment, a placement guarantee or an agreement for services.

Website services and disclosures

Lovable Cloud provides the website’s submission database and resume storage. Google Fonts delivers the site’s fonts, and image-delivery services supply website images. Requests to these services can include network information. These are website delivery functions, not applicant scoring or advertising features.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram or other sites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. This website does not automatically send your resume to prospective employers. Any later recruitment disclosure must be considered in the context of the opportunity and applicable notices, permissions and law. Information may also be disclosed where a binding legal requirement applies; this notice does not establish that any particular disclosure has occurred.

Storage and security

Submission records are not publicly readable through the website’s data access rules. Uploaded resumes are stored in a private bucket rather than at public resume URLs. Forms use server-side validation and anti-abuse checks. These controls reduce risks but cannot guarantee security. This policy does not claim a security certification, formal audit or specific encryption standard.

Retention principles

Retention should be assessed against the purpose of a submission, ongoing recruitment or inquiry needs, applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. The website does not automatically delete a submission when a form session ends, and this notice does not promise a fixed retention period. You may request deletion or ask about retention of your specific information using the pathway below; applicable exceptions and verification may affect the outcome.

Choices and applicable rights

You decide whether to submit information; required fields are needed to process that submission. Depending on your residence, the processing context and whether a law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, or to exercise other legally available rights. Rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions. This policy does not assert that every state privacy law applies to Avleno.

Use the Data Privacy Request page for instructions. Do not send identity documents or financial information with an initial request. Verification and any permitted exceptions must be assessed before information is disclosed or changed; submitting a request does not trigger automatic deletion.
